I’m a fan of food with heat in it.

Spicy is good. We made lots of salsa with habanero, Scotch bonnet and a few scorpion peppers. Goes on most breakfast plates. Evening meals usually get fresh peppers in them in season.

There's a difference between "spicy" and "heat / HOT" :-)

I wouldn't trade my white boy, four corners hubby for anything. But I'm raising his kids to know better, do better.

Learn to cook your own Thai.

I can and do cook ethnic meals often. Mostly because my husband is gone a lot. I'll check the recipe out, though. IV really never did do well recreating Currys.

The only booze I like heat in is a bloody mary. But tomatoes and chilis are kissing cousins and meant to go together.

I like heat but not just for heat sake and there's a level of nonsense where the taste buds are seared and can taste nothing else. Fortunately for me my taste buds are tough and get into the habenero range.

I like my food to have flavor and enjoy cajun, mexican, and spicy foods but I have to be very careful cooking as the rest of the house and got my fortitude. I'm the same with onion and garlic.
