There is just nothing like a dog to make your day. I'm siting here aggravated as all get out and all it takes to change that is the pup jumping up laying across my lap and kicking at my face. I don't know how anyone gets by without at least one good dog in their life.

When Lila broke her leg she was like a baby, well I had to go outside and leave her. I told Prada to baby sit, well she took it to a whole new meaning.. but yes, dogs seem to just plain relax me, nothing better sitting down with your pup, all the cares just go away

Yeah, at 11 months old, I didn't want to try to change it. He responds well to it.

I’m still planning that GSP puppy in my head. We aren’t ready because of all the health problems Jezebelle has right now and I don’t know if she could tolerate a puppy right now. She kinda likes being the only dog. And she is dear to me but I kinda want my own dog again. I miss my Sampson every day.

Just got a 10 week old border collie last Sunday. Would be nice to have some young kids around so that they could wear each other out. As it is at 67 I'm not as frisky as the last time a puppy entered my life.

Theres something wrong with anyone that dont like dogs.

We have a 2 year old Yellow lab. Her name is Daisy. I have never seen a more happy creature in all
of my years. She makes my day every day. She’s 65 pounds, but thinks that she is a lap dog. She’ll come running from the other room and dive bomb me in my chair, hooves first for a perfect 4 point groin landing.
