I'm making a squirrel pot pie. 1) About 5 squirrels in pressure cooker for 45 minutes and then debone 2) Mix meat, 1 cup corn, 1C peas, 1C carrots, 1/2 C chopped onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, onion powder and poultry seasoning. 3) I use premade pie crusts 4) Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees Enjoy

Sounds good especially for the older extra tough ones.

Might even get that past my wife if didn't let her know was squirrels. Won't eat squirrels anymore after watching them carry away dirt rotten bandages, from the dumpster where she worked.. That was back before all that stuff had to be properly handled.. I for sure eat that no problem. Most of the time I just par boil and pan fry in little butter.
