typically none. never have bo issues with normal bathing. As fare as not being able to smell myself well I have plenty of people around me that would have no issue letting me know. Everyone has different body chemistry. I worked with one guy that always had bad bo and I put a new stick of right gard into his lunch box when he was not around in hopes he would get the hint.

Right guard with the power stripe, I could probably go with out most of the time but always self conscious don't want to stink people out just in case. Now my son who is 12 is a different story he has to everyday or he smells like a green onion, even though he bathes every day.
