Read the article and it says that some in the house didn't even know that it was a part any bill. There was no discussion on the subject or anything. They have their foot in the door. They are starting small.

Legislators should have to initial they read every paragraph of every bill before voting on it. They make them all soooo many pages so they can sneak all the commie and corruption in. them.

"I didn't know that was in there" is such a lame excuse for a legislator and actually an indictment against their fitness for office IMHO.
