CJonesFTA OP trapper Joined: May 2021 New Jersey	Slipped in for a power hour hunt last Wednesday to my public land spot. Was lucky enough to have this guy come walking through. Watched him tear across the field and go down just over the rise while kicking up a big ole dust cloud. I about caused my husband a heart attack when I called to tell him, I think he thought I was hurt by the way I was said I NEED HELP. By the time I got back to my car, then back out across the field the sunset had really kicked it up a few notches. Sat there in the field alone taking pictures, waiting for the hubs to arrive and couldn't help but think that my dad must have had a hand in all of it. He wasn't a hunter, but he always loved hearing my stories, hopefully now he gets to watch them all from above. I've had a pretty good season so far, this was the 4th deer (3 does + 1 buck), filled a fall turkey tag, and got my first squirrel. And we've barely even begun.
