So I got a gallon jug with about half left from an old trapper and have been using it a lot on my line since then and I have found that I like it more than any other trailing scent. Well, I'm starting to run low and will probably need some more before the season is over especially the way my coon trapping is going this year. I got to looking and it's super expensive. I was wondering if you guys knew of any place that was cheaper than the others? I want to buy a gallon but will buy smaller amounts if it's a better deal. I'm just looking for the best bang for my buck. It's looking like $130 a gallon. Thanks in advance!

Buy fish oil and add the shellfish to it to stretch your shellfish oil. You could even buy vegetable oil for like $7 a gallon. Most people I know use about 4-6 oz of shellfish/gallon of fish oil.

Agree with ADC. Shellfish will give fish oil a kick and fish oil is thicker. I always did 25 percent shellfish to 75 percent fish oil. Could get by with a little weaker mix though too. A couple pints can lure a lot of pocket sets or dps.

When buying formulation ingredients cheap isn't the way to go. You usually get what u pay for. I'd do as other have stated. Buy quality and then cut it yourself. There's a big difference in quality from Supplier to supplier.

Don't get to hung up on lures and scent, LOCATION is most important......jk
