We can not trap them and have a bunch on the property we trap. We have taken a couple happenstance while out checking traps and had to pull traps when one moved in.
Not looking forward to removing one from a trap personally. Spouse would have the business end with the catch pole while I did the release.

Local experts see them as regular as blackbirds round these parts.
Never seen as much as a track, but whatta I know.

Very carefully! Get them good and groggy, or unconscious with a catch pole, take the trap off quick, release cable and take several steps away!
