Sounds like Opec wants to get some of its market share it lost to the U.S. due to increases in U.S production. Increases in Opec production should keep the price of oil down or further down. Gas will be affordable again when Drill Baby Drill wins tonight !!! Then you can whine and cry about how little you spent to fill up your Snow go
