There was a T Man member here many years ago that brought Halibut to the MTA in Hibbing. I can't remember his user name but he lived in Rochester and worked at the Mayo. It was by FAR the best fish I have ever had. It was amazing.

It’s like ckikin..

Halibut enchilada's are probably my favorite. Verde preferred.
