Have you tried wiping them down with rubbing alcohol?

I have a Browning A bolt stalker that went sticky.

I used die-electric cleaner on it and it removed all of the sticky.

the rubber coating is sticky or the hinge ?

hinge make sure to cover the lenses well and hit the joint with PTFE spray

if it is the rubber coating , camo spray paint time. again mask off the lenses well
