I shot this nice 10 pointer this morning using my AirForce Texan SS CF Air Rifle .457 caliber. with a 281 Gr. slug. I shot him at 47 yards and he ran about 35 yards stop looked back trying to figure out what just happened and 2 seconds later just fell over dead. It was a double lung shot passing thru both sides.

Impressive shot. What the range on that gun and a slug that size?

There are Youtube videos of guys shooting deer out at 200 yards. But to do that you will have to make sure that you order the rifle that has the carbon fiber tank which goes up to 3,250 psi.

I've choreographed my rifle at 976 fps. I get 3 perfect shoots before I need to start using the mil dots for adjustments for loss of psi
The rifle is pretty quiet being that the whole barrel is suppressed.

Sold it last summer to a guy on here. Killed an 8 point with a slug (25 yards) and an 8 point with a bolt (air bow at 10 yards).

Son got his with .270.
