Not me.

I prefer DRT.

I'll bleed him out when I gut and skin him.

I ice bath the deboned meat for about 5 or 6 days anyway.

Y'all got briar patches over your head in TX Savell? I know't y'all got them cactus sticker bushy things. Give me the straight away dirt nap. If I gotta go into the cutover, I'm digging briar tips out my knees, elbows and earlobes for 2 weeks after.

After several days in that ice batch (draining water and adding more ice about 3 times)....no purple hams....bloodless clean tasting meat.
