Did you REALLY take a selfie while taking a dump in the deer stand? That is a total JP move right there.

I have nothing clever to put here.

Southern guys (that includes Iowa) talking about just going up a tree. Saturday is muzzleloader opener and it'll be 8 degrees actual temp, wind will make it feel much cooler. Sitting in a sleeping bag in a blind is the only way to hunt unless you just want to wander around

Check out the Ghost Blind I was skeptical at first but after some thought I decided to try one out And they really do blend in They can be put in place in minutes and you can hide 2 people behind them when set up And they are easy to carry I have fooled the eyes of a turkey enough times to say I believe they work

LOL. I have four summit vipers spread around the property, but some situations call for a blind. Especially when you have orange on and don't want to be seen by nosey neighbors.

I pulled the trigger on a Lucky's. Called and spoke directly to the owner who was building it to my specs. He had to break off the call to take his daughter to basketball practice but called back 30 minutes later. He had a couple local gals there to do the sewing. Thanks what I call handmade in America.

Savell - you can come cuddle with me. Bring a banana split from the Hop.

Don't fall for it! He just wants to give you a "flat tire."

This year I bought the Grounder 250 that is in the link GCP posted. It is just the right size for me. Enough room inside to not be cramped but not so big it is hard to get the rifle muzzle out a window for a shot. It works for me with my crossbow, my cartridge rifle, and my flintlock ML.

A bit of seam sealer is handy to plug the few places where the interior plastic coating has a pinhole and leaks when it rains.
