You try the oder killer stuff? There's a few good brands. I used skunk off with OK results, but make sure its the stuff that changes the chemical make up of the smell ( I ain't no scientist) Some of the stuff just masks the smell.

I ship all my skunk pelts double wrapped when dry with plastic bag's and put them in between other pelts, most always smell, and I'm not going to de-scent them after they are already stretched !

Never got a complaint from them, have had skunk pelts mailed to me I buy from others and they are most always just thrown in the box, I always tell the Post Office about them coming and not to throw them away due to smell, they have always just left them outside, until I pick them up, attention to others is key to keeping them, most people cannot get used to the smell without dealing with them on a regular basis !

Have you washed them in the dish soap, peroxide and baking soda mixture? I am a firm believer in that stuff and it instantly eliminates skunk smell.

I have nothing clever to put here.

Send them just the way they are. I've sent them from New York to Moyles many times and have never had a problem
