Those are rocks, grass and leaves that something has pooped on. Oh, there's also a finger and thumb in a glove holding a small stick with poop on it. All that, and I'm not even a biologist.

Gastroliths. They are believed to be calcium deposits inside of crawfish the are used to harden the exoskeletons of the crawfish when they molt. They look like little white mushroom heads. Used to find them often in creeks with high crawfish populations.

Crawdad parts for sure. That's the only thing left when you leave some in your bait well all winter. The ones that starve get ate by the live ones.
