well the sights they come with are not bad (irons) I do upgrade them to the steel with fiber optic front

Yes MOS models cost more is the down side but they cost about the same as sending your slide off
up side is it has lowered the price of used non MOS models
I run Irons , my son runs a RMR and a 507comp

if you are making it a carry gun and want a durable long year or longer battery life RMR is the way to go

I also have battery trust issues , I blame it on Decades of every battery dying on me at the most inconvenient time.

Holosun 407c or the 507k . Just remember that the battery will last 50,000 hours?? With the shake awake. Thing is if it’s your carry gun it ain’t sleeping much! I change out the battery 3-4 times a year. The dot will blink when it’s time to change out the battery. The 407c has a battery and solar. Again if it’s your carry gun it ain’t seeing much sunlight!

the 507c battery change I hope they improved it , changed it the first time and it had a bug where now it was a laser back at your eye , it was so bright it projected on the ceiling when pointed at the floor.

sent that one back and got a new one.

dots can do a lot to make you faster and more accurate but train with your backup irons some because it can still happen.
