Anyone recognize this trigger? I haven't found any distinguishing markings to me. It is on an FN commercial mauser I picked up.

Are you sure it's not an original from the manufacturer?

I bought it from a guy at work who said his dad bought it to hunt Europe during the 30s while stationed there with the army, it used to have one of those European claw mounts but one broke and I couldn’t find a replacement so put a more modern style mount on it but otherwise it’s just how I got it from him

I’m not going to disassemble it but I did when I first bought it and that looks just like the trigger it had

Looks to me to be a FN Mauser commercial trigger standard issue

Can't help with the trigger, but do have a couple questions about the rifle.

1. What caliber?

2. Have heard rifles with a hog back euro stock like that have brutal jump and recoil? True or ??????

Not sure about Nightlife's rifle but mine is 257 Ackley. It is in a standard stock.
