They have way more medical and psychological issue than Tricare or the VA should need to pay for. Let them take care of themselves. Maybe a review of that individual's service performance would be preferred, I'd admit that there are a FEW soldiers out there that are gay, that are effective, efficient troops. BUT, not a great percentage.
