That’s awesome

The rifle has no will of its own it may be used for evil but there are more good men than evil men and evil will be corrected by good men with rifles.

It's great to have knitters in the family. And great to have items to remember your loved ones by.

What type of scope? Looks like a shotgun scope
Good luck !! You might not be able to but corn pile is your hot spot in that weather. Or pile up some hay. Heard bucks and does like to cuddle in a well prepared bed of hay

amazing all the reminiscing we do on stand. Glad I'm not the only one. for me it's usually about my grandfather because him and my dad went in to get me the old loggy stand I still use 28 years later. Honestly I think my grandfather bought it and said my dad went in with him is most likely. This is the grandfather that never hunted UT would get up early enough to drive 35 minutes to my house pick me up and then drive me 50 monies to my cousin house and drop me off and drive home Every single weekend for 3 months of hunting season so I could go hunting with my cousin.

I'm glad to hear your are still in possession of and use something your mom made for you. Really makes me smile

Those neck gaiters are really great in cold weather. Having one with sentimental value is a plus.

My wifie has a 6MM Remington 742. It's never jammed for her.
My aunt made me something similar. She called it a neck warmer. It's nice to have on those single digit days in a deer stand.

My wife wants me to wear a bracelet that belonged to her grandfather. It says, "Do Not Resuscitate".

That's great! My mother quilted a lot later in life. We have several nice quilts that she made, mainly for decoration from various patterns she liked. But when I feel sick, snuggling up by the fire in mom's quilt eases my soul.

Back in the day they were called a "girls gun" because of the non-existent recoil.

A contender? You're not required to use a single shot like those dummies in Illinois, are you?
