Hey all hope the trapping season is going good for everyone.
I have a buddy that has a Nutra Rat problem in one of his ponds. He has asked me to come take care of it for him and I obliged.

The reason for my post is for some advice, I have only ever trapped Rat one time when I was a teen but I didnt know what I was doing really

Thanks you.

Set every hole you find no matter how active it looks. Set the active looking ones first obviously if you dont have enough gear to set em all and anything that looks like a crawlout. At least thats what I do with muskrat jobs.

i wouldnt bother...if they are causing problems to where someone wants them gone, you dont have to make them come to you unless theres not just no way to set a trap there, Anything that a muskrat or coon would like, a nutria would like as well.

Just blind sets are all you need. Snares work great. I have a couple videos on my YouTube.

If it makes a track on this earth , I can catch it.
