I have a deal with the lottery. I pay them $2 not to call any of my numbers.

just to put playing the lottery in perspective. If you had a roulette wheel that had 1" wide slots for each chance at winning, the diameter of the wheel would be approx 33 miles. Now pick the one slot that the ball will fall in in a 33 mile dia wheel. Good luck.

I hope to win the lottery soon. My chance of winning is not significantly hampered by the fact I don't buy lottery tickets.
Keith I have never bought one either.

dad wast money on tickets. He always txt me pict so if he hits there is a record it's a 50/50 split. I just smile and go along with him. Sounds like my dad. He would say, not if, but when he wins, could we drive him down to the Twin Cities to collect his money?

I rarely buy lotto tickets but when I do I aways ask for losing tickets. Then I gave to explain to the cashier why I ask for losing tickets vs winning. The odds of me losing are much greater than winning so I feel better when I lose as I got what I asked for. And if I actually win, then I just have to deal with it....
Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.
