Maybe even do the kitchen cupboards in hickory…..

we have hickory floors in our kitchen dining area.

They are a "rustic" wood with knots and what not. The knots and holes are filled with black epoxy.
They have a stain on them, so its not a natural finish.
The cabinets are cherry with a natural color/finish on them.

So far they are very durable, wished we would of had more of the house finished with these floors.
