No coyotes or cats last nights check. But we did get five jumbo boars. One thing about making predator sets here way out in middle of bean fields and along long running weedy fence rows, the coon you pick up tend to be huge and good quality. This boar had a stump tail and scarred up face. He’s 27 pounds, pretty decent coon for these parts. The coat was excellent though. Wow beautiful coat there, and how big do your coon get? Here in Pa a real 20 pounder is BIG!!!

This one was also 27 or 28 pounds and I caught it before Christmas in 2018. One of the last coons I sold through NAFA and brought $28. It was right on the edge of being a 5xl in length. A tinge of red to it so it got docked a bit for color.
