Railroad stuff is quite collectable to some folks.

I have nothing clever to put here.

I always liked everything about trains from the big ones hauling stuff to the model trains puffing smoke around our Xmas trees. When I was a kid we lived on a hillside of a steel town and the sound of the train passing by on the flats was very relaxing. I do miss seeing the caboose at the end of a long line of cars with the worker standing on the small outside platform.

There’s a guy in Hampton that has a train that goes in and out of his house.

As a kid, there was a lonely set of rails down back that didn't get used much, but whenever they blew the whistle, everyone hollered,
"The train's in!" whether we meant to or not. It was a slow town. Not much going on. I dearly miss those days.
