congratulations!! Don't ever talk down about a deer you kill. A lot of people do that after thay shoot them. If they were not what they wanted they should not have shot them. Be proud of your successful hunt always and this is exactly what I tell my boys. Shoot what makes you happy don't worry about other people. He is a fine buck and will also make some very good food.
