To make a desert, fill them with canned pie filling, then top with a white icing. A flaky pie crust dough would be better than a canned biscuit.

The lady down the road (Amish bakery) makes close to a 1000 per week. Fried pies with fruit filling dipped in icing. I would be fat as a tick  Meat pies from Louisiana are the only ones I ever had Don't think they used biscuits but I like that idea
