A good day for the good guys. Perhaps the jury members advocating for the 2nd degree manslaughter conviction had a change of heart over the weekend. I think not guilty on the lesser charge pretty much makes it impossible to reinstate and retry on the higher charge.

If the trumped up Trump charges get dropped, it might mean the end of Alvin Bragg's reign of terror at the next AG election.

Try the civil case to a jury. The dead guy isn't worth anything from an economic damages standpoint.

Saw a lady on TV who lives in NY. She said riding the subway is dangerous with little or no police protection. Lots of muggings and violence. She considered Penny a hero.

It happens more than people realize, most of Trumps charges are bogus just for stalling by the Demo's, yet any one can go personal on him and have tried, ending up having the charges thrown out !

Unfortunately, most who do these personal charges are just looking for quick founding with a poor lawyer, and are quickly noticed for what they are after !
