Try the civil case to a jury. The dead guy isn't worth anything from an economic damages standpoint.

At least we could zero out the dad, or whoever, here in Oklahoma at least 8 out of 10 times. New York may be different.

Saw a lady on TV who lives in NY. She said riding the subway is dangerous with little or no police protection. Lots of muggings and violence. She considered Penny a hero.

Right and some people thought OJ not guilty as well, but the parents took him to court and broke him.

So nothing is really anything good or bad if some one else has enough funds to go personal on any one !

It happens more than people realize, most of Trumps charges are bogus just for stalling by the Demo's, yet any one can go personal on him and have tried, ending up having the charges thrown out !

Unfortunately, most who do these personal charges are just looking for quick founding with a poor lawyer, and are quickly noticed for what they are after !
