Skunk..... Not to bad. Had it in stew
Chipmunk.....can't get enough meat of one to tell good or bad. Cooked it up with a bunch of squirrels
Fox.....hard to remember, I was all whiskeyed up and we cooked it on a bonfire outback. Head was pounding the next morning and I blamed it on the fox meat

How does one eat cuttle fish ink? We had it In paella, noodles and as a salad dressing. The flavor is slightly fishy. It doesn't taste bad, but it makes everything an unappealing black color. The salad tasted good, but it was especially hard to eat, probably because we are biologically programmed not to eat black salad. None of us will probably eat cuttlefish ink again, mainly because it makes food look terrible. We eat something most of us haven't eaten before every New Years. I would like to try mountain lion.
