A while back I bought a mink stole at an auction and gave it to my girlfriend. She wore it to a upscale restaurant. While we were there, two ladies approached and said they are tired of not wearing theirs. Both of them promised to wear their furs before new years. Maybe there's a chance of turning the fur market around.

Saw a couple of older ladies in a local bar last week wearing mink stoles, I told them they looked beautiful and they looked surprised but thanked me.
They were dressed for a wedding party.

Planning to get my beaver fur collars on my Filson coats asap.

I thought sanity was comming back and maybe classic fur would come back also but people still think the arabs in Gaza and Judia & Sumaria are the good guys. long ways to go yet. but rappers sell a lot of fur.

I’m sure at the local hockey game tonight there will be quite a few fur hats being worn. Our rink isn’t heated so it’s usually outside temperature.

This must be an issue more prevalent in the lower 48. I see people wearing fur all the time in Alaska.

I'd like to buy more, but I have some beaver gauntlets I wear when it's cold enough, and I bought the wife a mink coat last year (holy expensive) she loves it

I could wear Fur hats when I lived In Tok Or Port Clarence Alaska. Here it is a rare day of Ice fishing that I can wear fur. Its just too warm for use here. A Stormy Kromer is pretty okay for most normal winter stuff.

Fur is pretty popular here.
Ice fishermen(fur hats/mitts),snow mobilers(fur mitts) and general public for walking around town in winter.
At the winter carnivals and ski doo races everyone wears some fur.
Fur robes are very useful especially for kids when heading out to camp in the sleighs in cold weather.
Also great to have a fur robe in the sleigh when stopping for a hot lunch on the trail.

I make a beaver hat that can be turned inside out and rolled up and stuffed in a breast pocket.
Very popular with ice fishermen on the lakes. They take off their full face helmets and pull the beaver hat out their pocket to wear when sitting out on the ice.

I’m getting a local to make a wolverine scarf for the ole lady’s gift. I asked what she wanted, she said nothing. So, she’s getting fur. I noticed her come running back to the house a few weeks ago saying “I forgot my scarf” and she grabs this ugly rough old thing.
