I remember. I used to buy (OK, mom bought them but they came from me) a carton of Winston for my dad. Before that, he smoked Chesterfield.
ergo, bibamus.

When I was in the insurance business some of the body shops and glass companies would drop off bottles of booze which I always gave away. Beer was my go to drink. Now, that's changed. They drop off candy, cheese trays, or cookies. Much better choices. Times change for the better.
My doctor suggested I start doing squats, so I moved all the beer to the bottom shelf of my fridge.

if a carton of cigarettes' was still 3 bucks I would still be smoking.

I believe pure tobacco is safe. It's all the chemicals added that will kill ya. I remember getting cigarettes for my mom out of a machine as a kid. No i.d required. LoL
