I figured out how to submit a support ticket with my host, so hopefully we can get this SSL thing fixed. Our forum guru seems to be awol.

I logged into the control panel and attempted to purchase the SSL for $20.00. I got a message saying that it refused to connect. I put that in the support ticket and here's the response to the ticket.
"Your support request #694289 has been successfully escalated to the Performive Billing team, whose normal operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EDT. If your escalated request is received outside of these hours, the Billing team will respond to you within 1 business day. Thank you for your patience and have a great day!"
I was able to get up with the forum guru, and he said that he tried to get it too, but to no avail. So, we're waiting on billing to get back with us. The guru said there's nothing wrong with the site, it just requires us to go extra steps to access it.

Thanks Boss, can only access from my phone right now, PC won’t let me on. When the PC pops up blocked there should be an option to go to site anyway . Look at small print.

Yup, your guru is correct. Our connections to tman are still encrypted but the extra step/warning is more of a message to users to make sure they are accessing the “real” tman since it should have an accurate and up to date certificate.

The rifle has no will of its own it may be used for evil but there are more good men than evil men and evil will be corrected by good men with rifles.

Try a different browser, Lugnut. Which one are you using now?
Just give me one thing, that I can hold on to. To believe in this livin' is just a hard way to go.

Try a different browser, Lugnut. Which one are you using now? I’m accessing T-man on my phone with the Safari browser for now. No issues on there, clicked through the warning and haven’t gotten it since. I am currently using Firefox on my PC and I’m not gonna set up another browser, I’ll just wait until the site’s fixed. I do prefer surfing the web on my PC when I’m at home, I like the big monitor better than the tiny phone screen. I use my phone when I’m not at home so it’s no big deal.
Eh...wot?

Weird you can't get on with Firefox as that's one people have been having good luck with. I still can't get it to work right with Chrome.
Just give me one thing, that I can hold on to. To believe in this livin' is just a hard way to go.
