have about a 1/4 cup of bourbon or whiskey,1/4 cup black tea, couple tablespoons of honey every couple hours
good for colds sore throats flu

I'm not a medical doctor but I have watched the practice of it on TV. 3 fingers bourbon one finger hot sauce with a tequila backer. That will get your ol sinuses a moving then when your clear snort a few lines of bc headache powder.

When I get plugged up I open the gusto bottle and take a good hard sniff it usually works.

I also agree with Bob. And if you can't smell it pour an ounce in your drink
