Had lower back surgery 2 years ago . After the initial surgery and recovery time it kicked my butt but I laid around a lot because I did not want to mess it up again. I eventually had to go back to work and move. It got way better the more I moved and walking help a ton. Me and the dog would just go for a walk every time it started hurting. The biggest problem I have now is I am way weaker then before because I don’t lift much Weight any more to scared to blow it again. But still get out and do everything I use to do just smart about it . Walking is your best medicine I have found. Also weight loss help a ton I lost about 25 pounds

I know walking will help... used to walk miles every day and was very active..... gutta keep working those muscles and nerves. This mess started 10 years ago. But was to the point I could not keep my balance or standability if walking in tall grass, cornstalks, trash while cutting trees, firewood....etc. I'll be 68 this spring and am still working... mainly for the insurance for this operation. Lots of things to do yet before I start to slow down. So with a new total knee and hip already and the others shot (so I am told) and both shoulders patched and stitched up along with a couple stents next to the ole blood pump and now some back work I hope to get going on things to accomplish yet before I check out. Oh... both wrists had carpal tunnel snippng done.. But God has a plan and to Him I'll just keep plugging away at it. Thanks all for the Well Wishes !!!

Hope it gives you many years of relief. Had 3 back surgeries myself. Your right, God has a plan. I keep you in my prayers for continued healing. Take care
