A friend and I trapped a very nice cinnamon phase coon and we'd both like to get a tanned fur. Any ideas on anyone who sells tanned cinnamon raccoon? Thanks in advance.

Looked there and it seemed to be awful quality, full mount or just didn't match.

Thank you! It is a beautiful fur. I know it might be pricey but I thought here would be a good start to find where I can find a match. Thanks

Flip a coin to see who gets it.
Looser gets the next one.

That's as fine of an example of a cinnamon phase coon that I've ever seen.

Cinnamon coons have to have 2 recessive leucistic genes. Often there are a few in the same litter. There's a good chance you can catch more cinnamon coons in that area.

I use to do a lot of coon hunting and trapping, and I only ever saw one cinnamon. And that one another coon hunter stopped and showed us it. They are pretty uncommon in these parts. Beautiful one you guys have there. K. Snow is right, Moscow might have some. Or do as Boco said , flip a coin.

We have a few around here, working on getting permission from a farmer where I know there are a few. Unfortunately if I catch em they are staying in my collection

Saw this one dead on the road, driving down the same road the next night saw 4 run from the grader ditch toward his barn. Only ones I've ever seen in person

Got a tanned one around here somewhere. Cobbled up a 'fur hat' for my grandson for a school program, when he was a little feller. Teacher requested he have a fur hat. smile

He will be 21 in February. eek

What a fine prize! That would be hard to say who should get it. Who has been trapping the longest? Who put in more sets!? Who set THAT particular trap?
Gorgeous color, congratulations

Just a thought, My buddy and I doubled up on a 165 inch 5x5 white tail almost 30 years ago, We both paid half the taxidermy bill. We both displayed him 6 months a year in our house. We did that for 25 years until my friend moved to Michigan and didn't have room for him, Lucky me. he now hangs in my house year around.
