So the gf is on a family trip to mountains, preplanned before we got together, no close family so took a small beaver/otter job close to home. First check was ok, waiting on the otters to come back thru. Ranch owner did give the ok today to set for yotes and cats. Merry Christmas to all and hope all have a blessed holiday.

Only had 13 sets out. Missed another beaver, trap didn't fire because a small stick floated under the pan.

I toss em. There is a market for the shells and heads but I don't fool with them.

Nice catch! Keep at it...more beaver waiting to be caught. Use the carcasses to lure the coyotes into a weedy patch...trail sets or snares will take them.

#5 today, pulled the line. Ended up with 5 otters, 3 males, 3 beaver and a half dozen coon. Landowner was tickled pink with the results and already scheduled me back .
