I like head cheese. Never had scrapple. Are they the same thing or at least similar?

boil the meat and fat off the bones , but they add corn meal to it I think and not always pork.

We will be having scrapple for breakfast on Christmas morning, I like it fried and when I eat it I like to put apple butler on it, my wife likes ketchup on her scrapple.

If you really want to enjoy the taste of scrapple, you need to eat a slice cold before it goes in the pan.

I know the feeling about Mexican.

I used to travel a lot so was often exposed. I hadn't found any I had liked and told an associate. He said I had come to the right place, He loved Mexican and knew all about it. He told me he'd have me loving the stuff in no time.

After a dozen stops to the greatest Mexican restaurants, he gave up.

To up the negative vibes of this thread, there is one positive thing that came out all that food coaching from the Mexican guy. Crab legs. He taught me how to:

• hold um
• break um
• crack um
• slurp um

I can now sit at an all you can eat crab joint and keep the server hoppin' for hours.

I hadn’t tried grits until about 4 months ago. Grits mixed with bacon, eggs and butter is pretty good stuff.

Never had a coffee from Tim Hortons, Dunkin donuts or Starbucks and I have all 3 within 20 minutes of me..

Sound as promising as Mexican food.

Never had scrappie but eat a burrito almost everyday and tacos at least once a week.

NO MEXICAN FOOD ????

I've never eaten more than a few bites of cereal and therefore haven't tried most cereals. It's foul. The same goes for coffee.
