Was just wondering what type of sets does everyone make when you have multiple sets in the same location.

Right now I have three sets out on a farm lane. One set is a flat set with gland lure and scat. This has produced fox the past two days. The other two sets are dirt holes and they are being ignored. Should I just turn the other two sets into flat sets or leave as is?

I'm not a fox trapper. But I would leave those as is, and add pee post or flat sets if you want more. It will be easier than trying to turn a dirthole into a flat set without a big disturbance.

Most fox come in pairs. Was that the first set they came to or do you know they ignored the dirt hole? Could the wind be right for the flat set more so than the dirt holes?
I caught a fox, 2 bobcats, and a coyote all in the same dirt hole set. The next fox walked right past it and liked the flat set better. Night before last caught another fox in the same flat set.
Have confidence in your sets and leave them be. No more lure, bait, or urine, let them do what they do.

I agree with WB.Most.of the time our Greys run in pairs in my area. I will set several sets in the area they are using .Just me but I will make a smaller dirt hole set than I do for coyotes and add some feathers to the set that seems to work for me.
