Got a little too brave and drove too far into the field today and man did I regret it instantly. Thankfully I did have the tube sand and it took four bags and a half an hour but I got OUT.

You can always walk in...... Traps are set now just checking ? Lot places back in the day that's how I had to do it. First no side by side. SECOND and more important farmers didn't want people driving across the fields.Heck carried everything in and out. Up 4 am run traps before work by 8.

Hang in. If ya don’t hav mud on your truck your not trapping.

You need to get a 4 wheel drive or stay on the road berm and get a trailor and an ATV to get around. Two wheel drive just isn't going to cut it for you.

Leave the mud on, it protects the paint

You're lucky you just got stuck. Yesterday I was resetting a 330 and snapped it on my thumb and 2 fingers. I was a mile from the truck alone with the setters on the bank. The trap was tied to a tree and I had nothing to cut the cable with. It's amazing how much strength you can muster when you panic. Merry Christmas ya'll.
