There used to be a 7 point white tail here, that was similar to your elk. It had a nice 6 point antler on the right and a single very long point on the left. I saw it a lot. It would eat right up on the road. One day it ran in front of me three times on an S curve 0.6 miles from my house. I suspect it may have been blind on the left side and that it was possibly, previously shot in the head.

The first buck I ever got had 3 normal points on the right and 2 round knobs on the left.

A couple from my back yard this fall.

This one sported a single antler all summer and fall. Not sure the blank side ever developed he looked like this since May only had one nub growing on the one side.

This one was a really nice buck but sort of messed up on one side. Couple young boys got him opening morning a couple miles from our house. Was glad to see a couple kids get him.

I shoot one almost identical about 15 years ago. Unfortunately that’s a terrible genetic we have lots of here. See it a quite a few mature bulls also
