Fur check in will be Feb. 1st. and 2nd. Call Chris at 719-892-0795 to get an address to ship dried fur to. We seem to consistently get more than anybody else, although Rusty up at the Idaho sale is doing a really great job also. The sale will be on Wed. February 5th. and Thurs. Feb. 6th. Frozen carcass goods along with antlers and skulls, and who knows what else on day one, dried fur and tanned goods on the second day. We don't accept green skinned fur. There is usually enough volume that buyers need several days to grade and that causes problems with green skinned fur. Please include what your minimum acceptable bid is in writing for each item you send. Over (40) years of successful sales. Good luck to all!

I might be helping deliver some goods this year. I found a copperhead this fall. I'm going to see any taxidermy dudes want it. Was that in Nebraska?
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

Marty, Last year Nebraska coons hit $42 with a $28 dollar average at the Colorado sale. Pm me and I'll tell you who got that, a dealer who sent just prime fur XLG and up. Oklahoma coyotes averaged $28, very little bad skins in that bunch. That's the benefit to fur producers with a state that has no fur buyers out of state or even in state fur buyers license, 60+ registered buyers, crafters, black powder people, taxidermists, real fur buyers, tail gaiters, flea marketers, etc.

I sold there years ago. Got better prices elsewhere. I just checked the website and last years sale results are not there. Can you post the averages from the 2024 sale?

I tried calling that number and I get a message that it’s been changed or disconnected? My brain fart there, old guys with cognitive decline! The area code number is now corrected. Chris's number is 719-892-0795. That will get you through I just called him to be certain. Cheers!

Our AR Governor would just use those numbers against us somehow. That was the decision made by Dan Gates and the board of directors, a couple years back. Call Chris or Greg the auction manager and he can fill you in. The first week of February is a little early for great cat prices, but we do better than most other auctions on everything else. Like I stated before Rusty is bringing Idaho's sale up to speed for the craft market also.

I would like to ship my furs there to see how it goes but shipping would cost me more than I can justify.
