Do animals key in on moving back into river bottoms after it floods a little bit and water comes back down? Or do you think they take awhile to start using it again? Have a fisher that I had in a river bottom about a week ago but we got rain and it flooded but is now coming back down. Hoping to tag my first fisher this season

Cant speak specifically to fisher, but I have a lot of river frontage that is prone to flooding on wet years. The critters around here move back in just as fast as they moved out..its second nature to them.

That's what I assumed. Just getting down to the wire with my season and didn't know others experiences and if it would affect a fishers length of time between coming back to a bottomland area
