Used to see a few of these back in the 70’s. I’d never gotten one up until last year. One last year and two this year.

Isn’t it funny how an albino catch on the trapline is a success but it is considered taboo or bad luck to take an albino deer?

The last one sold in a couple of hours on taxidermy.net. Was waiting until after the Christmas postal backlog to ship. Want the client to receive his before I list this one. Don’t want him thinking I’m trying to sell the same critter twice!

pink or brown eyes...?

I got a friend of mine that shot a albino deer.His very next deer was a boone and Crocket.

Pink nose.Guessing pink eyes as well.

Nope. Not gonna have pink eyes. I've caught 2-3 as well over the years.

Both that I’ve caught this year were true albinos! Pink eyes!

Weird! None of my white ones were.

Some states made it illegal to shoot them. Some believe it's bad mojo to shoot one
I've shot a few piebalds over the years but never had the opportunity to take an albino

You would think that since an albino animal has a genetic mutation in it, they would want you to shoot the albinos.
