Hope the Trapperman people are happy and healthy! I check in from time to time to keep up. Have been doing the Predator control with thermals the last few years, sneaking back into daytime now. Every once in a while I get the itch to run a line again, but life happens. When my boy gets a little older I think I’ll have to dust off the traps again. For now here’s a bit of the fun. Been a good year, total coyotes at 42. Most have been hammered out around about 20 square miles. One cat so far. Hoping to change that this week. Raccoon haul was a while back, we’ve shot enough we don’t even keep track anymore. Easily 10-20 a night suppressed while waiting for coyotes to show up.

Thanks guys. It definitely allows me to scratch the itch per say without the devotion needed for full trapping. Midlander I have had the same AGM rattler 35-384 for a while now 4-5 years. I've also been shooting an AGM adder 384 for the longer shots. I have the rattler on a .17 and it does the job on close coyotes out to 100 yards and I'm usually in charge of putting the coons down. It really does most anything I need done here. One cat down so far this year. I would definitely like to upgrade at some point I would come in on the 640 at the least unless it's an Iray, their 384 is still pretty sick. I have the AGM Taipan 19-384 for scanning and have again for 4-5 years. Haven't needed to upgrade but I sure wouldn't mind a better one. I will see if I can get a couple videos uploaded to my youtube so I can post them.

I'm most excited for my coyote coat that's supposed to be on it's way. My good friend Matt from Indiana who I used to trap with here in Nebraska from time to time put up eleven coyotes for me and I had them shipped from the tannery to Minnesota for a coat to be made. The coyotes I have been putting down aren't real fur worthy when it's done but he helped me out. I've always wanted one and after he had one made I had to pull the trigger.

Shot another three coyotes New Year's eve, rolled into the new year sitting at 45.
