I can completely understand wanting to bring manufacturing jobs back. The flip side to consider is that all the offshore manufacturing keeps the prices of products low. Those same products produced in country would sky rocket the prices because you just can’t produce things as cheaply. It’s a crappy catch 22

YEP, I spend several thousand a year on educational materials but still pay for the public school systems mostly in property taxes. But so do those that don't have any kids or kids are grown.

But I don't have any nut job teaching my kids there are more than 2 genders, Anything other than God is the creator, or pushing any other liberal bs on my kids

they also don't have all the crap from society from their class mates. They always come home talking about how immature all the kids their own age are when they are at events with them. Especially the girls!! Unfortunately those immature girls are very forward and my boy's always seem to come home with a few new #s and taking about some new girl every time they go somewhere.

That gives me a thought. Not too many people living up there around Boco there on Lake Wobegon or whatever it's called.
If Trump could corral our illegals and send them up to live around Boco, it would give him someone to talk to. He could use them on his trap lines. Clearing out buggy roads, cleaning hides, cut fire wood etc. He could teach them how to frost tan! It would be a symbiotic relationship.
