salemtrapper OP trapper S Joined: Jan 2016 missouri	Scrolling through the ole boob tube this evening and came across a show called the butcher on hulu. It's a reality competition show between butchers. I found this very interesting ,I would love to have a shop in the back yard and learn each cut of meat. I thought maybe some of you guys would find this interesting as well.

salemtrapper OP trapper S Joined: Jan 2016 missouri	2nd episode for final cuts they had to butcher, python, nutria, and iguana. Have to make cuts they get graded, and place a cost on the quality most money wins.
