I have a migraine that I cannot shake no matter what. Took ibuprofen, half a Benadryl and two Sudafed. It won’t stop. So I took half a Percocet leftover from a bad dog bite just now.

I’ve had the prescribed five tablets for over 18 months. I don’t touch em.
My head is killing me and I am grateful for any relief. I just hope I don’t barf up the pill before it is absorbed

I get them a lot. I use a peppermint essential oil, on my hands and breath it in for a bit. Helps mine a lot. They suck that's for sure.

What causes a migrain?

I've never had a regular headache my entire life

I had a lot of concussions in my early years is my problem. I hope you don't get the vertigo going with the migranes. You don't know if your coming or going. Life is full of surprises.

Anti , it is hard to say. I used to get them with cycles. Like every month. I’ve had Cat scans and MRI’s. Nothing was found.
They say hormones, stress, tension, lack of sleep, too much or too little caffeine are potential causes.

Take a relaxing hot bath and just soak.After that just try to go to sleep and wake up feeling better.

When I get one the only thing I can do is lie in a dark room, if I don’t I will be throwing up. Hope you feel better. Thanks for the essential oil tip bleeohio. Eric

Only headache's ive ever had were self inflicted thankfully.

Best way to get rid of a bad headache is to go in the shower and let the water run on your head slowly increase the heat until it is as hot as you can stand it,may take 10 minutes or so but your headache will go away.Keep moving your head slowly under the water from top of your head to your neck and back to top of head again..
