I been trying to trap some beaver that are cutting lots of trees down and framer doesn't want them cut down i set some 330 body the beaver are cut half way the though to tree and leave them and not come back to cut down the rest of the trees how come they are doing that I try beaver caster but I can't get them

Lots of times beaver leave trees partially gnawed. They may come back later or not. Make your focus slides where they are exiting the water to forage, or if there are dams at the dam. If you can find bank dens or pinch points in their water travel routes those are dynamite too. Castor that is too far removed from travel routes will not usually work.

MB750’s with drowning rods and castor on the bank is how I roll this time of year but I’m no expert we don’t have a lot of beavers
