My best friend of many years and my hunting buddy that passed away two years ago, his widow found out on December 6 this year she has lung cancer. She is 74. December 6 was the second anniversary of Eddie's death from Leukemia. She had a biopsy on one lung last Thursday and after that a total body CT scan with dye. couldnt do the PET scan due to being an epileptic. Found out today the cancer is small cell, its in both lungs, three tumors in the brain, tumors all along her spine, in her liver and the lymph system is saturated as well. really nothing they can do but, they still want to do radiation on the three brain tumors as they said if she doesnt it will be a very painful death. pretty sure she has made up her mind she isnt going to do that. very doubtful she will see too many more sunrises.

Cancer is just horrible.

Too many dying from that mess, several friends either fighting right now or already passed from it.

no time frame bowhunter, she said she accepted Christ as a young teen or maybe 12 years old. Never known her or Eddie to have attended church. But, tomorrow, I am going to visit her in person about this to make absolutely sure she knows what salvation is and is not. Eddie told me he accepted Christ at 11 or 12 years old. Eddie's sister Lives with Maxine, the subject of the prayer request. She will be asked the same things. I have got to hear it for myself. If she is in doubt, we are going to correct that right then and there. Or, I will offer to lead her to salvation.
